We love spicy things in our house – so buffalo chicken dip tends to be a Sunday snack for us. But because we are eating keto, that means we can’t use chips to scoop with. My husband always chooses celery stalks, but I prefer Parmesan crisps. Sometimes I make my own, but I often just use the store bought ones (because I can get lazy on weekends, let’s be honest here).

Easy to customize to your favorite tastes, and something the whole family will love, these Stuffed Chicken Breasts are sure to become a normal part of your meal rotation. We have it at least once a month, and it seems like every time we do, we alter the ingredients depending on what we have in the fridge, or what we feel like that night. You might notice this recipe is pretty similar to my Keto Spinach and Cream Cheese Stuffed Chicken, and that is why.
My husband LOVES Mulligatawny soup, but since we are trying to consistently eat keto now, it is something we have had to skip. Normally this soup contains more celery, carrots, white rice, flour, and apples – and well, these don’t exactly qualify as low carb and keto ingredients. Because of this, we decided to make our own version of Mulligatawny soup that is keto approved. Spoiler alert guys, it came out AMAZING! My kids even devoured it!
Here is a collection of 10+ of the best keto soup and chili recipes that are perfect for the brisk fall weather. These are also low carb approved.
Game of Thrones is coming back this month and I for one, am over the moon excited. To help celebrate, I came up with a great keto cocktail that you can enjoy while watching every Sunday night. One of my least favorite people in this series – someone I truly love to hate – is King Joffrey. So I though it might be fun to theme this cocktail for his pleasant demise in the series. This drink goes great with the Game of Thrones inspired Dragon Eggs appetizer recipe I shared earlier.
I have been eating Keto and Low Carb for the last year and a half almost. My husband and I recently decided to try out this egg fast everyone was talking about. The fact that he was going to be doing it with me, made things easier. But, the fact that we have two young kids we still had to cook for, well, that made it a bit harder. In this post I will let you know how we made it through a 5 day egg fast.
For the last year, my family has been living the keto lifestyle. We have come up with lots of delicious and easy keto recipes along the way. One of our favorites for when we are entertaining are these Bacon Wrapped Peppers – they are stuffed with a cream cheese filling that is similar to the filling in our Keto Stuffed Pepper recipe, which are also a hit. This is by far our favorite keto appetizer that we have tried over the last year, and I think you will love it too!
This keto philly cheese steak is a recipe that we came up with on our own – and is one of our favorites! It is delicious, and also super easy to make. You can customize this recipe easily according to your individual tastes. This is sure to satisfy any cravings you might be having on your keto journey.
Taco Tuesday is a big day in our house, but because my husband and I eat keto, we have not been able to have the shells for a while now. For the longest time we enjoyed our tacos as a salad, which was fine, but then we decided to make our own shells from shredded Parmesan cheese. This is actually super easy, although it seems intimidating at first. We will never go back to the ways of just a taco salad! We have also come up with our own recipe for taco seasoning to avoid all of the carb fillers that are in pre-packaged seasoning.
My family and I have been living the keto lifestyle for the last year, and we couldn’t be happier. One of my favorite things to do is wing it in the kitchen with low carb ingredients. This is how one of our favorite meals was born – Keto Bacon Cheeseburger Soup! YUM! My girls loved this so much that they asked for seconds (totally unheard of with these kids). This recipe is super easy and takes less than 30 minutes. Plus, you can easily customize it to your own tastes.
