Food & Drink Sans Sucre Selection

Easy Keto & Low-Carb Desserts from Sans Sucre

I have been more or less sticking to the Keto way of eating for the last 8 months. I have lost over 50 pounds, but something I really miss is my sweets. So much so that I cheat about once a month and eat something I shouldn’t. When I do this, it usually kicks me out of ketosis and I have a week of starting over. That is why I am so happy to have now found Sans Sucre dessert mixes. They make it easy to get my sweets fix while still staying in ketosis.

Food & Drink Keto approved Philly Cheesesteak Meatloaf recipe

Easy Keto Approved Philly Cheesesteak Meatloaf Recipe | #Keto #LowCarb

I love a good Philly Cheesesteak, but with keto and low carb eating, no bread is allowed. I thought about a way to get around this. First, I tried 90 second keto bread. It was good. Really good. But I wanted something a little different. Then I realized I could use all my favorite cheesesteak ingredients to make a meatloaf. This recipe is really easy, and super yummy! Best of all, it is totally low carb and keto approved!

Food & Drink Keto Diet

The Ultimate Keto Shopping List for Beginners

As you probably know already, I have been eating a Keto Approved diet since January. Sure, I cheat a little here and there, like while at Disney, but I have lost over 40 lbs and am loving my new life. I have shared some Keto recipes and tips on here in the past, but many people have asked me what to buy during that first shopping trip. So I put together a list of things that I think every person tackling the keto way of eating should have on hand.

Food & Drink Keto Approved Breakfast Lasagna

Keto Approved Breakfast Lasagna (That Is Perfect For Dinner!) | #Keto

My husband is not a picky eater at all. But there are certain meals that top his list. Ones that he could eat all day, every day, and this keto approved breakfast lasagna is one of them. We took a recipe from Maria Emmerich and changed it just a little bit to better fit our family, and this is the final product. My husband literally licks his plate when he is done with dinner – it is THAT good!

A lot of friends and readers have been asking me about Keto, so I decided to share some of my favorite recipes here, starting with Chicken & Cream Cheese Stuffed Peppers. This is a meal even my kids devour – and ask for! Yum!

Disney Disney World Keto

How To (Mostly) Stay on the Keto Diet at Walt Disney World | #Keto #Disney

As you likely know by now, I have changed my way of eating to a Keto lifestyle. It has been about two months know and I feel better than ever. I knew going in to this that I would be spending nearly two weeks (12 days) at the most magical place on Earth, Walt Disney World. Being Disney Vacation Club members allowed us to be able to escape this snowy, frigid, and downright depressing winter, and enjoy some fun in the sun. It is no secret that Disney is our favorite vacation spot – I mean, it is why we joined the DVC. But there are temptations everywhere for someone trying to cut out carbs – here is how I survived my extended Disney vacation on Keto!

Food & Drink One Month Keto

One Month Keto Diet Update: 5 Dinner Recipes + 1 Dessert Recipe – Plus a Weight Update! | #Keto

I started the Keto way of eating a month ago now. As you might know already, my last update was at the two week mark. I had lost 10 pounds, going from 174 to 164. With most diets, it gets harder to lose as time goes on. Which makes sense since you start to have less to lose. Well, after one full month of Keto eating (January 1st to February 1st), I now weigh in at 159. That is 5 pounds in 2 weeks, and 15 pounds in one month – which is pretty good. I stuck to Keto eating and working out almost daily. However, in the interest of honesty, I did “cheat” a little bit (I had a vodka, water, and MIO drink a couple of times – which is Keto approved and didn’t kick me out of Ketosis).
