My husband and I have been low carb and keto for over a year now, and one thing that is hard for us is hosting get togethers. We have a lot of friends and family who do not eat the same way we do, so it is hard to find a good combination of foods to serve – without tempting ourselves. So I came up with this delicious keto appetizer recipe that I think everyone will love – even those that don’t eat low carb.

We love spicy things in our house – so buffalo chicken dip tends to be a Sunday snack for us. But because we are eating keto, that means we can’t use chips to scoop with. My husband always chooses celery stalks, but I prefer Parmesan crisps. Sometimes I make my own, but I often just use the store bought ones (because I can get lazy on weekends, let’s be honest here).

My husband LOVES Mulligatawny soup, but since we are trying to consistently eat keto now, it is something we have had to skip. Normally this soup contains more celery, carrots, white rice, flour, and apples – and well, these don’t exactly qualify as low carb and keto ingredients. Because of this, we decided to make our own version of Mulligatawny soup that is keto approved. Spoiler alert guys, it came out AMAZING! My kids even devoured it!

This keto philly cheese steak is a recipe that we came up with on our own – and is one of our favorites! It is delicious, and also super easy to make. You can customize this recipe easily according to your individual tastes. This is sure to satisfy any cravings you might be having on your keto journey.

Game of Thrones Season 8 hits HBO on April 14th and I am so excited that it is finally next month! I have been watching this show since it first started, and yes, I read the Game of Thrones books too (still waiting for the next one George…). In order to celebrate the premiere, I am totally throwing a viewing party with my friends. One of the foods I will be serving are these Game of Thrones inspired dragon eggs (deviled eggs). Enjoy!

I recently got a box full of goodies from Tastefully Simple. It was their Easter Collection and designed to help you with practically every part of the meal for Easter Dinner. I was so excited to dig in and start baking and cooking. My absolute favorite recipe is the Robin’s Nest Cake. It was really easy even though it looks somewhat daunting. Oh, and it was delicious!
