As you likely already know, I am a total comic book nerd. So of course throughout both of my screenings of Avengers: Endgame, I was taking note of all the comic book Easter Eggs and references. Being that it is such an emotional movie and I literally watched most of it through tears, I am sure there are many more I have missed. I decided to collect my 10 favorites, that I am sure massive fans like me loved too!

About three years ago, two members of the Fantastic Four went missing, and were presumed dead. Sue Storm-Richards and Reed Richards sacrificed themselves and Ben Grimm and Johnny Storm were left wondering if they were still alive. Fantastic Four #1 came out this week and while it didn’t have the exact moment we were all waiting for, we know it is coming. This comic book made me cry from the moment I opened it up (more on that in a minute) and I highly recommend picking it up. We get two fantastic (no pun intended) stories, and I can’t wait for more!

One of my favorite things about my job is getting to talk to directors and producers about all the behind the scenes and planning of films. Things like that really interest me so when I met with Director Peyton Reed about Ant-Man and The Wasp, the morning after seeing the movie, I was so excited and anxious. I wanted to know every little detail and everything that went through his head because this movie is everything. The first thing we talked about was the mid and post credit scenes (read more about that here), and then we moved on to this hilarious movie!

No spoilers ahead! Come back after opening weekend for this article – spoiler style! The mid-credit scene in Ant-Man and The Wasp destroyed me. I was just going about life, having a great time after watching one of the funniest Marvel movies, and then Marvel did what they do best, they messed me up. They got me thinking. And they stunned me. Completely stunned me. I won’t get in to the details now, but I will have them all for you after opening weekend. While interviewing the cast and Director during #AntManAndTheWaspEvent, we had to ask about THAT Ant-Man and the Wasp mid-credit scene – and they all had some great comments!

When I was told that during the #InfinityWarEvent, we would be sitting down with the top female at Marvel Studios, I was probably way too excited. Victoria Alonso is the EVP of Physical Production & Avengers: Infinity War Executive Producer. To say that I would give just about anything to have her job is an understatement. I am a tad bit in to Marvel, in case you haven’t noticed, so I was really excited to pick her brain. I was secretly hoping that she was a total comic book geek like me – but everything I learned about her surprised me (and made me love her more!).
