We just got a teaser trailer for the new animated 2019 movie, The Addams Family, and I am so excited. I only recently found out about this movie, but I was hyped immediately. I adored the movies and the television show. Learning that it was going to be an animated film meant I would for sure be taking my girls to see it. We love all things creepy, so I know they are going to be hyped for this too!
My Reaction
I am totally here for this movie. Like I said, I loved The Addams Family growing up. The show, the movies, I really enjoyed their dynamic. I feel like Morticia’s hair should be a lot longer, but I am OK with it the more I watch this trailer (I have already watched it at least 10 times). Something seems a little off to me about Gomez, but I think I will get over that too. I think I just love these characters so much, that right now I am not wanting the changes.
The IT reference is EVERYTHING. That movie is the reason I hate clowns. No lie. I think the voice casting seems pretty spot on, and just a glance at the cast list makes me giddy. I know these actors will all kill it with their characters – no pun intended.
