My girls and I have been making ourselves bite size ice cream sandwiches with them! They are super easy to make and refreshing on a hot day! Here is how you create them.

What You Need

• Entenmann’s Little Bites Soft Baked Chocolate Chip Cookies
• Your favorite ice cream
• A spoon

Directions

1. Open a bag of Entenmann’s Little Bites Soft Baked Chocolate Chip Cookies and lay out the cookies on a plate.
2. Spoon out a scoop of your favorite ice cream and place on the backside of one cookie.
3. Place another cookie on top.
4. That’s it! You are done! Enjoy!
