May the 4th is upon us and to help celebrate one of my favorite holidays, I wanted to share with you some of my favorite Star Wars memes! Everyone loves a good meme, I know I do. It was hard to narrow down my favorites (honestly this post could have gone on and on), but I think I did a decent job. If you celebrate May the 4th, let me know how you do it. This year, Free Comic Book Day IS May 4th, so there is a lot of geeky awesome going on in one day!

The X-Men are some of my favorite characters in Marvel Comics. I am not going to lie, I am HYPED that Marvel Studios now has control over this franchise. Some of the X-Men films have been….sub par. The final Fox owned film, Dark Phoenix, is coming to us this June, and I am mildly excited. It seems like every trailer we see, it gets better and better. To prepare those of you who know nothing about the Phoenix force, here is a list of 5 comics you should check out before seeing this movie in theaters.

My daughters have been waiting for what feels like forever for The LEGO Movie 2: The Second Part to come home on blu-ray. We loved it when we saw it in theaters, and have been dying to see it again. If you missed it, be sure to check out my spoiler free The LEGO Movie 2 review. Well, it is finally available to take home on digital, and to celebrate, I want to give one lucky reader a copy – plus tell you all about the bonus features, and why they alone make buying this movie worth it.

If you follow me at all you know I was at the Avengers: Endgame World Premiere in LA last week. The second embargo broke, I gave you all of my spoiler free thoughts, but I still needed to process all sorts of feelings. By now you should have, hopefully, had time to see Endgame. But if you haven’t, please be warned, there are MAJOR spoilers ahead in this review.

I used to love playing Sonic the Hedgehog video games (OK, I still do), so you know I have been excited for the 2019 Sonic the Hedgehog movie since I first heard about it. Well, we finally got the trailer and while there are some issues with it, I am excited. Keep in mind it is still early – the movie doesn’t come out until November – so things can be changed. Jim Carrey is pure perfection in this trailer, and I feel like he will make the movie.

Avengers: Endgame rocked me to my core. There were moments were I was literally sobbing. I have spent the last 11 years following these characters, and even longer reading them in the pages of my comic books. Endgame was the end of an era, and it was tied together perfectly. After Infinity War, I got through it by giving you my 10 most emotional moments, and now I am going to do that with Endgame. So here they are, in no particular order.

To say that I was excited to attend the Avengers: Endgame World Premiere is a bit of an understatement. If you know anything about me, you know that I am a HUGE Marvel fan. I have been reading the comics since I was a little girl, and seeing my favorite characters up on the big screen – it has been amazing! Here are all of my photos, videos, and more – from the red carpet premiere of Avengers: Endgame.

Yesterday I saw Avengers: Endgame. I watched it at the World Premiere in LA, surrounded by the cast and filmmakers. Have I processed everything I saw yet? Not by a long shot. Do I want to blab all of the spoilery details to you right now? You bet. But for now, this review will be completely spoiler free – stay tuned for one where I blurt out all of my feelings though. Let me just say, you are in for a wild ride – and it is PERFECTION.

The Avengers: Endgame premiere was last night. Like, it just happened. And I was there (WHAT!!). If you follow me on social media then you saw all sorts of photos and videos from the red carpet – and the after party. My full review on the film is coming as soon as embargo breaks (6pm ET today), don’t worry, but let’s just say it was phenomenal. Everything I wanted and didn’t know I needed at the same time. But what is everyone else who was there saying about it? I collected some tweets of Avengers: Endgame first impressions to let you know just that.

When I first heard that M. Night Shyamalan was making a movie called Glass, that would combine two of my favorite movies (Unbreakable and Split), I was thrilled. Sure, this was teased at the end of Split, sort of, but I didn’t expect it to ever happen. I figured it was just a fun way of combining the worlds of two characters with superhuman abilities. Most of Glass was predictable, and it was even slow at parts, but the acting of James McAvoy and Bruce Willis, along with some amazing action scenes, saved it for me.
