Marvel captain marvel trailer reaction

Captain Marvel Trailer, Poster, & Reaction Video: Brie Larson is BADASS! | #CaptainMarvel

OMG, OMG, OMG…. we FINALLY got it! A FULL LENGTH trailer for Captain Marvel. AND a poster. I can’t. I love her. Carol Danvers has been one of my favorites for a super (no pun intended) long time. I adored her as Ms. Marvel and was thrilled to see her pick up the Captain Marvel mantel. When I found out she was going to be the first solo female superhero lead for Marvel, I immediately thought about how much she deserved it. Now we have seen actual footage – and I might die.

Marvel Marvel Studios' CAPTAIN MARVELLeft: Talos (Ben Mendelsohn)

Carol Danvers has always been one of my favorite Marvel characters – ever since she was Ms. Marvel. With the Captain Marvel movie coming out early next year, I wanted to give you guys a quick rundown of the character. A Captain Marvel 101, if you will.

Marvel infinity war behind the scenes

Avengers: Infinity War Bonus Features: Worth The Watch? | #InfinityWar

Avengers: Infinity War was released this week on digital, and is coming home to DVD and Blu-ray on August 14th. I have said it many times before but one of my favorite things about purchasing a film like this is the bonus features. Deleted scenes, gag reels, and commentary really give you a feel for the movie that you didn’t have before. So when I was sent Infinity War, before even watching the movie again, I tackled the bonus features. Now I am going to tell you if they are worth the watch.

Giveaways Avengers Infinity War bonus features review

Avengers: Infinity War Bonus Features + Win A MARVELous Prize Pack from GameStop! | #InfinityWar #Avengers

Avengers: Infinity War is now out on digital (eek!) and comes home on blu-ray August 14th. One of my favorite things about a movie’s home release is all the bonus features that we get. From gag reels, to deleted scenes, to commentary – there are so many amazing things we can learn about our favorite films. When I first saw the list of bonus features that would be a part of the Avengers: Infinity war home release, I was floored. Each and every one sounded more exciting and amazing than the last. It looks like we will really get to dive in to Thanos’ background. But for me, the director commentary is where it is at.

Marvel James Gunn Thor Ragnarok Red Carpet

An Open Response About James Gunn Being Let Go From Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3

You don’t have to look any further than my right arm to know that I’m a huge fan of Guardians of the Galaxy. I’ve been a fan of the comic books since I was a little girl, and I was skeptical about how it would be adapted for theaters. I was thrilled to see the version that James Gunn brought to the big screen in 2014. During the filming of the Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2, I was lucky enough to visit the set and interview Gunn for the first time. I interviewed him again during Vol. 2’s press junket. During each encounter, I was impressed by his vision, his talent, and his kindness.

Marvel Ant-Man and The Wasp Peyton Reed Interview

Ant-Man and The Wasp Director Peyton Reed Dishes on the Future of the MCU & More! | #AntManAndTheWaspEvent

One of my favorite things about my job is getting to talk to directors and producers about all the behind the scenes and planning of films. Things like that really interest me so when I met with Director Peyton Reed about Ant-Man and The Wasp, the morning after seeing the movie, I was so excited and anxious. I wanted to know every little detail and everything that went through his head because this movie is everything. The first thing we talked about was the mid and post credit scenes (read more about that here), and then we moved on to this hilarious movie!

How Ant-Man And The Wasp Built Me Up Only To Break Me Down Again (SPOILERS!) | #AntManAndTheWasp

WARNING: THIS ARTICLE IS FILLED WITH SPOILERS FROM ANT-MAN AND THE WASP! If you have not seen it and do not want any spoilers, please come back after you have seen the movie. Now that Ant-Man and The Wasp has been out for a week, let’s discuss it. This movie was brilliant, if you ask me. Filled with humor, exactly what I would want in an Ant-Man movie. But honestly, the girls take center stage in this one and kick some serious butt. And then, well, read on to see how Marvel built me back up after Infinity War with much needed humor, only to rip out a tiny piece of my soul during the mid-credit scene.

Marvel Hannah John-Kamen Ant-Man and The Wasp Interview

Hannah John-Kamen Loves Being A Badass as Ghost in Ant-Man and The Wasp | #AntManAndTheWaspEvent

In the Marvel Comics Ghost is a man, not a woman. So when I first saw that Hannah John-Kamen would portray Ghost in Ant-Man and The Wasp, I was really intrigued. I could not wait to see what Marvel was up to. Well, color me impressed because she killed it as Ghost. The story, her background, I loved it all! After watching the movie the night before, I was really eager to chat with Hannah about how incredible she was on screen, and how it felt to take that villain, if you can call her that, to a whole new level.

FanGirl Friday Michael Douglas Ant-Man and The Wasp Interview 2

Interview: Michael Douglas Couldn’t Wait To See Evangeline As The Wasp & More | #AntManAndTheWaspEvent

When we got our interview list of the Ant-Man and The Wasp press event, I was over the moon to see Michael Douglas on it. I love him as an actor anyways, but his performance as Hank Pym in the first Ant-Man was phenomenal. In the comics, Hank is one of my favorite heroes. Especially when he is dating Tigra but that is a whole other story that I don’t think we will ever see in the MCU. Then when I saw him in Ant-Man and The Wasp, well, he blew me away. Michael was all I could have expected and more in the interview room as well. Humble, super nice, and a genuine joy to talk with.
