The other night I was just hanging out on the couch with my husband when my phone got an email notification. I opened it up and just about dropped my phone. Was I reading it right? I was invited to go screen Marvel’s CAPTAIN AMERICA: CIVIL WAR before it opens in theaters AND attend a press junket where I will be interviewing talent from the film!?! If you know me, than you know how much I love everything Marvel (my Twitter handle is MarvelGoddess24 because of my love for the comics and movies). I have been reading the comics for more years than I can count, and have been loving all of the films over the last several years. After I did a dance around the living room and my husband assured me that we would find a way for me to go, I teared up. I am not ashamed to admit it guys, this is HUGE for me. It totally validates the time I take to run my site, and let’s me know that Disney appreciates me (they are pretty amazing). I don’t have all the details yet, but here is what I do know.

Just in time for Easter, the faith‐based adventures of Bob, Larry, and their veggie housemates continue in VeggieTales in the House Season 3, where they are not only working on being the best friends they can be, but our cast also learns a variety of lessons, including: being a good listener, not over‐reacting, being honest, and appreciating the good things you already have! My daughters love this show (and so do my husband and I). We have been watching them daily – so they cannot wait for the next season to hit Netflix on Friday March 25, 2016.
I remember growing up watching Mr. Peabody and Sherman. I love(d) them. So when I found out they had a show on Netflix, well of course I introduced my daughters to it! My 3 and 4 year old both watch it all the time now. I let my 4 year old know that new episodes were coming and now she asks me to watch them constantly. Just a few more days and they will be here so get ready. Be sure to tune in on March 18th with your little ones – this show is fun for the whole family!

My daughters are huge Littlest Pet Shop fans! In fact, I am too. It is one of my favorite shows to watch with them. My family love My Little Pony. Our house is filled with stuffed ponies, pony figures, pony clothes, and pony movies. My daughters are probably the biggest My Little Pony fans on Earth (and my husband and I are right behind them). We have the TV episodes set to record on our DVR and we are always sure to watch them as a family. Ask my husband about any pony and he can tell you – he has all the cutie marks memorized! So of course we were thrilled when Hasbro and Shout Factory Kids teamed up to release yet another DVD containing the TV episodes! It means we get to clear some space on the DVR and that the girls have a new DVD to play on long car rides in the van. My Little Pony Friendship is Magic: Friends Across Equestria contains 5 amazing episodes – including the 100th episode of this series (Slice of Life). I highly recommend this show to anyone and this DVD contains some of the best episodes (although they are all amazing!).
Fellow Disney fans – I have some super exciting information for you! Not only will Frozen be airing on The Disney Channel this weekend for the first time ever, but the new show “Stuck in the Middle” will be airing a FULL EPISODE sneak peak once it ends! I have seen a clip and I can promise you – this show is going to be great. My daughters and I are planning a family fun night to tune in to Frozen and then Stuck in the Middle. We cannot wait! Even though we own Frozen (and watch it at least once a week) it will be fun to see it on TV for the first time. I am even letting my 4 year old stay up late on a school night (shhhh – don’t tell her teacher). Frozen starts at 7:00 p.m. EST on SUNDAY, FEBRUARY 14th and Stuck in the Middle will start at 8:45 p.m. EST. If you can’t tune in – set those DVRs – you won’t want to miss this! The “Stuck in the Middle” preview episode will also be on WATCH Disney Channel and WATCHDisneyChannel.com, available to users on tablets, phones, set top boxes and computers, beginning Sunday, February 14.
I am a HUGE fan of Snoopy, Charlie Brown, and the rest of the Peanuts gang! Every holiday, I search my TV Guide frantically to find out the air dates of the specials. Believe me, I have them all on DVD, but there is something about watching it on TV with my daughters like I did growing up that really adds to the holiday. It just wouldn’t be the same if we didn’t make popcorn and sit on the floor in front of the TV to watch them as they air. Well, I have found out when the Peanuts Valentine’s Day Specials are airing and I wanted to pass the information on to you guys! Be sure to set your alarms (or your DVRs) and enjoy!
