I am a big fan of Pokemon. My family and I watch the show(s), play the video games, and of course, play the trading card game. We pick up new cards several times a month and always compete to see who has the better deck. I admit, my Psychic deck is not to be messed with. I have a Mewtwo that is damn near impossible to beat. Speaking of Mewtwo, have you seen the new trailer for POKÉMON Detective Pikachu?!?1 When Mewtwo showed up, I about died!

Ralph Breaks The Internet may not have won best Animated Feature at the Oscars, but it was still nominated, which tells you how amazing it was. Well, now you can finally own it on Blu-ray, and my girls and I were thrilled! We even showed you how to celebrate with a comfy princess night and some Sugar Rush Popcorn Balls two weeks ago. This home release is packed with some incredible bonus features that you do not want to miss. Trust me!
The Little Mermaid has always been one of my favorite animated Disney films. Something about Ariel gave her a place in my heart right away. Not to mention, Ursula is one of my favorite villains, and you know I love me some villains. My girls love this story too, so when The Little Mermaid was released with new bonus features for its 30th Anniversary (I feel so old), we were thrilled Disney sent us a copy!
The How To Train Your Dragon series holds a special place in the Smith family’s hearts. We love this series and watch the first two films often. Every month we have family movie night and How To Train Your Dragon 1 & 2 are often a top choice to watch. From the very moment Hiccup and Toothless found each other, we fell in love with them. Now the trilogy is ending so you know we had to go see How To Train Your Dragon 3 in theaters opening weekend. What did we think of the final film? Pretty close to perfection.
This is in no way sponsored. All opinions expressed are 100% my own. I love…
Last night was the first press screenings of Captain Marvel. While I was on set last year, I am still uber jealous of those that have seen it already. I cannot wait to go higher, further, faster with Carol Danvers next month. You know I am going to bring my daughters with me so they can witness girl power at its finest. And those Skrulls man… cannot WAIT to see them kick some butt – and get their butts kicked!
My family and I finally went to go see LEGO Movie 2: The Second Part. We wanted to go opening weekend, but we got snowed in (gotta love upstate New York!). LEGO Movie is one of our favorite films, so we went in with high expectations. And I have to admit, they were fulfilled. Sure the first one is better, but this one certainly held it’s own. A bit predictable, yes, as are most kid’s movies, but a ton of fun for the whole family. And yes, I cried.
Ralph Breaks The Internet is finally available to watch at home. We came up with this super easy Sugar Rush Popcorn Balls recipe!
