Today is the day! Tonight my husband and I will be going to see Avengers: Age of Ultron (in 3D of course) and I have been counting down the days for months! I feel like I am waiting to go to Disney World (that is in 163 days actually – eek!!) – but seriously, I have been waiting for this movie forever. I have always been a huge Marvel Geek so I love how huge Marvel Comics has become. I have been watching Jimmy Fallon every night to see the Avengers interviews (Jeremy Renner was AMAZING! Did not know he could sing like this). I know I just have a handful of hours to power through before I will be watching some of my favorite guys battle it out with one of my favorite villains and to pass the time I have been watching Avengers: Age of Ultron Featurettes. Below are just a few of my favorites – they are new so I doubt you have seen them before. ENJOY!
I know I am always looking for easy meals, so I like to share ones with you guys every now and then. There is a casserole that I came up with a while back that my husband has been requesting more and more often lately. I was not sure what to call it, but Chicken Cornflake Casserole sounds about right.
What You Need:
3 lbs of boneless skinless chicken breast
1 can of Cream of Chicken Soup
2 cups of Cornflakes
1 Green Pepper
1/2 stick of Butter
Oil or Coconut Oil for cooking chicken
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Chop chicken breast in to small squares and cook on stove-top (I cook them in a little bit of coconut oil but feel free to cook them however you normally would).
Chop up the green pepper.
Combine chicken, raw peppers, and cream of chicken soup in a large bowl. Stir Well.
Spread mixture in an 8x8x2 oven safe pan (or similar size).
Melt butter and soak cornflakes in it.
Spread cornflakes over the top.
Bake for 30-35 minutes or until cornflakes are crispy.

I am so excited for Avengers: Age of Ultron. My husband and I are huge Marvel Comics fans and we have been waiting for this one for a long time! We purchased tickets a few weeks ago for the early showing on Thursday night in 3D as soon as they announced it at our local theater. It is typical us – our date nights and few and far between, however, we tend to use them when a new Marvel movie is out! I am not sure if I have mentioned this much before, but I am part Greek Orthodox. One of my favorite Greek meals growing up was Greek Meatballs. I love the sauce. Even though it is traditionally used for meatballs, I like to use it for sausage and pasta. It is a very thin sauce. Here is my recipe for “Greek Sausage Pasta”.
What You Need:
1 Box of Pasta – I use Penne and Bowties – it is how my daughters like it. But you can use any pasta.
4 Sausage Links – I prefer Mild or Sweet
1/2 Stick of Butter
1 Can of Tomato Sauce
1/2 Cup Vinegar
1 Tsp Cinnamon
Oil
Salt
Pepper
Directions
Cook pasta according to directions on the box.
In a frying pan, cook sausage links in a little bit of oil until they are no longer pink. Cut them in to slices and set them aside.
Melt butter in a small saucepan. Let it brown slightly.
Shut off heat.
Add can of tomato sauce. Sprinkle in salt & pepper to taste – stirring.
Add vinegar and cinnamon.
Turn on heat and simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Combine pasta, sausage, and sauce.
Greek Pasta and Sausage
I took a sauce that is a recipe my YiaYia gave me for Greek meatballs and turned it in to one of favorite sausage dishes!

Olaf is everyone’s favorite snowman and we all know how much he loves Summer – so celebrate this Summer with him! The Frozen Olaf Snow Cone Maker is definitely a must have for any family nights this summer. I know we plan to use ours at our daughter’s fourth birthday party in June. I am a geek, a gamer, and a lover of all things nerdy. And that, my friends, includes Star Wars. My husband and I went to Star Wars Weekend at Disney World for our honeymoon and it was amazing. We met Jeremy Bulloch (Boba Fett) and it was one of the best times of my life. So naturally we are both eagerly awaiting the release of Star Wars: The Force Awakens! Yesterday in Anaheim, California, J.J. Abrams (writer/director/producer) and Kathleen Kennedy (producer) kicked off Star Wars Celebration with an exclusive new look at STAR WARS: THE FORCE AWAKENS. They welcomed surprise special guests from the film: Daisy Ridley, John Boyega, Oscar Isaacs as well as veterans of the original saga Mark Hamill, Carrie Fisher, Anthony Daniels, and Peter Mayhew. The talented team of filmmakers and actors shared a behind the scenes look at the upcoming film and, to the surprise of fans around the world, debuted a brand new teaser trailer.

I cannot wait for Avengers to come out and am actually going to an advanced showing at my local theater on April 30th. But another movie I cannot wait for is ANT-MAN. If you know even a little bit about the comics, this should be really exciting for you. Paul Rudd is playing Scott Lang (Cassie Lang’s father) who is a thief turned hero. I am counting the days until the release (July 17th, 2015) and am on the edge of my seat about this one! I just know it is going to be amazing. When out and about at an all day event, like a music festival or county fair, you end up touching a lot of questionable things. Admit it, you know it is true. There is just no way to avoid it. I highly suggest having some PURELL Hand Sanitizing Wipes on hand. They kill 99.9% of germs that cause illness and they are gentle enough to use on the face. They are also great if you have little ones with you. I know I have them in my purse at all times – you never know when you will need them! They are pretty awesome because they leave your hands feeling soft and clean with added aloe and Vitamin E!
