Green Tea Powder by Kiss Me Organics Review
First let me state that I was over the moon when I was chosen to do this review! I have heard such amazing things about green tea powder – natural energy boost and what it can do for your health. I feel that I drink too much coffee so I have really wanted to see if this will give me that energy that I need to get through a day home with two crazy little girls – and it did!
For one week, after my morning workout, I added about a teaspoon of this green tea powder to my smoothie (strawberries, banana, and vanilla Greek yogurt) and I honestly felt a difference. My smoothies did not seem to taste any different and I did not need that afternoon coffee that I usually reach for. Obviously, I cannot say for sure that it was the green tea powder, but what else could it be?
I love that this is organic. As I am going down the weight loss/maintenance road I am really looking for healthier options. I have started growing my own veggies and fruits and am raising chickens for eggs and meat. You can use the powder while baking as well! I really want to try it in some muffins the next time I make them. Another popular use is in lattes.

Yeah you are right that Green drink like green tea is very good for our health. It is good for us to stay fit and healthy. I am using this tea on daily basis.
