I grew up watching Disney movies. I am a Disney girl through and through. One of my absolute favorite movies was Pinocchio. I watched it over and over when I was a little girl – even though some parts were a little scary to me. So, of course, finding out that it was being released on Blu-ray and Disney Movies Anywhere for the first time ever, I was thrilled. I was so excited to be able to share Pinocchio with my two young daughters (they are 4 and 5). I was not sure how they would feel about it – they are spoiled with the new stuff. I suppose I was not surprised when they absolutely loved it. We received and advance copy and have watched it at least 15 times already.
It brought back so many memories cuddling up with my girls and watching Pinocchio. I remember doing that with my mother and sister when I was their age. Pinocchio is very sentimental to me, and when I attended the Wish Upon A Star Exhibit in San Francisco in December, I got lots of warm and fuzzy feelings. Personally, I was really excited to check out the bonus features on the Pinocchio release. There are hours of new and classic bonus features on there – and I can tell you they are all amazing! My husband is a HUGE Oswald fan and loved seeing the Oswald short that is included! If you are a Pinocchio fan, or even just a Disney fan, you need to pick up a copy. I promise you, you will not be disappointed.
