Animaniacs Season 2 continues with its hilarious pop culture and political satire — and that is a very good thing.

When I first learned that Animaniacs was getting a reboot, I was over the moon. This is a series that I not only grew up on, but that I have also shared with my young daughters. I was immediately in love with the first season because of all the nostalgia, but also the updates for current times. Animaniacs Season 2 is coming to Hulu and it is more of the same — and I promise you, that is a good thing.
While this review is based only on a few of the episodes throughout the season, it is clear where the season is going. If you loved the original Animaniacs, and season one of the reboot, you will love season two as well. There is a whole lot more laugh out loud antics from your favorite Warner siblings, hilarious Pinky and The Brain antics, and of course, more songs that will get stuck in your head as soon as you hear them.

The nostalgia is still there of course, and while a few of our favorite characters have yet to appear like Mindy and Buttons, and the Goodfeathers, what we do get feels like the show never ended. It feels like home. It is crazy, silly, and just a great way to enjoy thirty minutes of your time.
Pinky and The Brain were the perfect choice to bring back with the show and let me tell you, just wait until you see their plans to take over the world this season! If you thought they were wacky before… you will be very pleasantly surprised.

Animaniacs Interviews
In support of Animaniacs season 2 we spoke with the voice talent behind the characters that we know and love. To say it was one of the best moments, would be an understatement. It was clear from the start just how much this show, and these characters mean to everyone involved in the show.
Rob Paulsen (Yakko, Pinky) & Maurice LeMarche (The Brain)
When asked how they would take over the world, the voices of Pinky and The Brain have the BEST answer. I promise I will not do it justice, so you just have to watch the interview below to find out.
This was such a great conversation, both Rob Paulsen and Maurice LeMarche are acting legends, but so so down to Earth! They are such great guys and I had the best time chatting with them.
Tress MacNeille (Dot), Jess Harnell (Wakko) & Gabe Swarr (Co-Executive Producer)
In this interview, I had to ask Gabe if we would be getting Buttons and Mindy again. My 8 year old daughter is a MASSIVE Buttons fan and so she asked me to find out. The answer might surprise you!
My fellow press also touched on some great questions and it was awesome to hear Jess Harnell talk about how he discovered Wakko’s voice.
