Keto Cream Cheese and Feta Stuffed Chicken Breasts

Easy to customize to your favorite tastes, and something the whole family will love, these Stuffed Chicken Breasts are sure to become a normal part of your meal rotation. We have it at least once a month, and it seems like every time we do, we alter the ingredients depending on what we have in the fridge, or what we feel like that night. You might notice this recipe is pretty similar to my Keto Spinach and Cream Cheese Stuffed Chicken, and that is why.

Ingredients

  • 4 Chicken Breasts
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 4 oz feta cheese
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 cup bacon bits
  • salt
  • pepper
  • Bucks seasoning (optional)

If you wish to switch things up, you can substitute mozzarella cheese in place of the feta cheese – this will remove the tangy taste. Honestly I prefer the tangy taste, but I know some do not.

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Cut chicken breasts so they are almost almost split through, but leave them like a pocket.
  3. Combine cream cheese, feta cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning,  and bacon bits. (I use my hands because it is easier than utensils).
  4. Place chicken breasts in baking dish and fill with cheese and spinach mix.
  5. Sprinkle with salt and pepper – and additional seasoning as desired.
  6. Bake for 30 minutes uncovered.
  7. Enjoy!

You could even opt to put the stuffing on the top of the breast and bake that way, which I have done before a few times.
