This is another simple Keto approved recipe that the entire family loves. This keto approved stuffed chicken is to die for! It is very easy to make and the feta cheese gives it a bit of a tang, that even the kids enjoy. I have made this recipe for friends and visiting family members and it is always a hit.

Ingredients
- 4 Chicken Breasts
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 4 oz feta cheese
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 2 cups spinach
- salt
- pepper
If you wish to switch things up, you can substitute mozzarella cheese in place of the feta cheese – this will remove the tangy taste (which I personally love!). I highly recommend buying block cheese and shredding it yourself. You would be surprised by how many hidden carbs are in pre-shredded cheeses to stop them from sticking.
I have even added in bacon bits to this recipe before. Yum!
Directions
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
- Cut chicken breasts so they are almost almost split through, but leave them like a pocket.
- Combine cream cheese, feta cheese, garlic powder, and spinach. (I use my hands because it is easier than utensils).
- Place chicken breasts in baking dish and fill with cheese and spinach mix.
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Bake for 30 minutes uncovered.
- Enjoy!
