I love to play games with my family. It is always so exciting when we can find a game that we can all play and understand – even my 2 year old. We found that with Spot It! from Blue Orange Games. Now we have played Spot It! before – we own the Doc McStuffins version (you can read that review here) and we love it. I was so happy to see a Disney Frozen version come out because we still watch that movie on repeat in our home. I know that mommy loves it just as much as my girls do. Spot It! is the perfect family game, especially when your family contains little ones.

My daughters LOVE Wild Kratts! They are 2 and 3.5 and we watch them everyday on PBS Kids. My husband and I love this show too because it teaches them all about animals in a really fun way – I don’t think they even realize that they are learning so much! So imagine how excited I was when I saw that Wild Kratts is coming to the live stage! I was even more excited when I saw that they were coming to The Oncenter – one of my favorite venues in Syracuse, there is not a bad seat in the house.

I love to spend time with my daughters doing different crafts and activities. Every morning, we head to the computer and my 3.5 year picks out some printables that she wants to do that day. She usually picks out things for her 2 year old sister, but sometimes her sister gets upon my lap and decides too. Ever since we booked our Disney trip, whenever the girls see that signature “D” they flip out. So of course, Disney/Pixar’s Inside Out has been a big hit in this house. Every single time a preview comes on they both jump up and down and beg to go see it. I promised them that opening weekend in June, we will be there.

Cinderella is in theaters now and I cannot wait to go see it! I love all things Disney. My husband and I honeymooned there and most recently booked our second trip to take the girls (they will be 2.5 and 4 when we go). This is lucky visit #15 for me and it never gets old. I feel like a kid again when I go. Cinderella has always been one of my favorite stories. It is truly a classic. I have heard such great things about this movie and how well they stuck to the true story of Cinderella. Another new trailer for Avengers: Age of Ultron! I seriously cannot wait for this movie! I am a huge Marvel Geek (my Twitter handle is MarvelGoddes24 so .. hello! haha). This movie is going to be incredible! Unless you have been living under a rock, you must know the details. But I am going to share them with you below anyways. When Tony Stark jumpstarts a dormant peacekeeping program, things go awry and Earth’s Mightiest Heroes, including Iron Man, Captain America, Thor, The Incredible Hulk, Black Widow and Hawkeye, are put to the ultimate test as they battle to save the planet from destruction at the hands of the villainous Ultron.

DisneyNature’s Monkey Kingdom opens in theaters on April 17th – and this is one DisneyNature movie that you are not going to want to miss out on. Talk about adorable! Head to the official Monkey Kingdom website to easily download a Family Activity Packet and Educators Guide. I have downloaded it and I know my daughters and I are going to have a ton of fun with it! There are shadow puppets, origami, crossword puzzle and more! The packet is 23 pages and packed with family fun that will have you learning all about the monkeys at the same time!

I love Brian Regan! He is so funny, and best of all, he is a clean comedian. I am able to crack up listening to his CDs and not have to worry about my daughters being within ear shot. One of my favorite of his rants is about “you too”. If you have never heard him before, you need to. I have always wanted to see him live and now I have a chance to!

Do you plan to see Cinderella this weekend? I know I want to go! OK, mainly because of Frozen Fever (huge fan here!) but I do want to see Cinderella as well. If my daughters were a little older, we would definitely be going to see it in the theater. I am hoping to convince my husband that a date night for this is in order! Below are some fun activity sheets that you can download to help you celebrate the long awaited release of Cinderella this weekend – just click the link to download them.
