    Keto Creamy Tuscan Chicken Zoodles

    This Keto approved creamy Tuscan chicken over zoodles recipe is always a hit at dinner! It takes no time at all, is super easy, and tastes amazing. I promise, this will be your new go-to weeknight dinner!

    Ingredients

    • 1.5 lbs chicken breast (cubed)
    • 1.5 cups heavy cream
    • 1 cup chicken broth
    • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
    • 2 tablespoons Italian seasoning
    • 1.5 tablespoons garlic seasoning
    • 2 to 3 zucchinis (noodled)
    • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
    • 1 cup spinach

    I use a spiralizer to make the zucchini noodles myself, however, you can purchase them already noodled from the store. For me, it was worth the investment to purchase one since we have them so often. Pre-made zucchini noodles can be a bit pricey, depending on where you are shopping.

    Keto Approved Tuscan Chicken Zoodles

    Directions

    1. Cook cubed chicken, remove from pan.
    2. Combine heavy cream, chicken broth, and grated cheese in pan.
    3. Cook over medium heat, whisking consistently until thickened.
    4. Add halves cherry tomatoes and spinach.
    5. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes or until spinach is wilted.
    6. Add zucchini noodles.
    7. Cook for 2 minutes.
    8. Serve hot.
