Marvel President Kevin Feige addresses Marvel leaks. When a potentially game changing film is coming out, this is something the studio risks.

When you have something as big as Marvel, and all of these potentially game changing films coming out, the studio runs the risk of leaks. As fans have seen with many films, most recently including Spider-Man: No Way Home, and Doctor Strange In The Multiverse Of Madness, nothing is sacred. Clicking on to social media before a movie is released means that there is the potential to be spoiled.
Kevin Feige Addresses Marvel Leaks
When Kevin Feige was asked about how challenging it is to keep the twists, secrets, and surprises out of the public eye before the film is out, he gave a completely honest answer. “The unfortunate truth is [we]don’t.” He adds that the movie experience itself has to work, even for those that know what is coming due to leaks. Feige says that the Marvel team does as good as they can when it comes to this.
“A lot of people are getting good at not spreading [leaks]around once they see them. If somebody steals something, don’t spread it around because it potentially lessens the experience. In a lot of ways No Way Home showed that it did not lessen the experience. So we will continue to do the best that we can, but the most important thing is delivering the movie or the show that delivers regardless of what you know going in.” – Kevin Feige
We all know that “Kevin Feige is watching you meme” that goes around when someone leaks something or says something they shouldn’t. Feige says that he personally hasn’t seen it, and didn’t even know about it. But adds that they clearly doesn’t work.

Interestingly enough, this press conference took place the same day that a massive Marvel leaks for Doctor Strange In The Multiverse Of Madness happened. You heard it from the President of Marvel himself. If you are exposed to these leaks, simply look away and do not share. That only fuels the fire.
The majority of fans want to go into the film on opening weekend with a blind eye, so let them enjoy it. If you were planning a surprise party for someone, you wouldn’t want it ruined, would you? Think of it the same way and we all live in a happier, spoiler free, world.
