Great recipe!
And how did you know I just learnt how to make phyllo dough?
I am definitely trying this out.
That’s great! I have tried several times to make phyllo dough and it never comes out as good as store bought. What’s your secret?
I looked up the recipe and discover its too cheap compared to the price of the store bought.
I watched tons of videos, made a few dough I am not proud of, and finally got it right. I am hoping to share my experience one day.
I think the only thing I did differently when I got the desired results was to sprinkle my dough with a mixture of wheat and corn flour before gently rolling out the stacks of flat dough.
Do you use that too?
