Set oven to 375 degrees.
Cook sausage according to package. If using the Jimmy Dead crumbles, this just involves a microwave!
Dip phyllo dough in oil and carefully place them in muffin tin in order to create a shell for the filling.
Bake for 1-2 minutes or until the dough becomes slightly stiff. Be careful, these bake quickly and you are going to need to bake them again.
Combine cooked sausage, ranch dressing, and cheeses in a bowl. Mix well.
Fill each phyllo dough cup with filling.
Bake for an additional 8 minutes or until the edges of the dough are brown.
Remove from muffin tin and serve in a baking dish or on a platter.
