I have always wanted to go to a comic convention. I hate that I never have – I feel like I am not a worthy enough geek/nerd/gamer. But soon that will all change! The Niagara Falls Comic Con is coming to town and with that only being a few hours drive from us – we are heading that way. I am so excited because the lineup is amazing – David Hasselhoff, Sean Aston, Scott Wilson, Billy Dee Williams – it goes on and on. Now, I have to leave somewhat early on June 7th to head to LA (read about that press trip here) but we plan to spend all day Saturday at the convention.
The Niagara Falls Comic Con has it all – from amazing celebrities, to awesome panels, to game tournaments! The games will be played on Saturday and Sunday and include Magic: The Gathering Mana Deprived Super Series, Yu-Gi-Oh!, Pokemon, and more. As for the panels I know that we plan to attend the Billy Dee Williams Q&A on Friday (if we make it up in time), the Sean Aston Q&A, and of course, the Marvel Comics Panel with Leonard Kirk & Marco Rudy! It was a tough choice between the Marvel Comics Panel and the History of Video Gaming Panel but they are at the same time. Darn! The full celebrity list is amazing. I will list it at the bottom of this post. They even have Photo Ops – and GET THIS – you can take a photo with Margot Kidder at Niagara Falls on Friday – anyone seen Superman II?! How amazing is that! It is at 11am on Friday and I am crossing my fingers that my husband can secure the day off work. (This is a ticketed event.) As if that wasn’t even enough, there will be an arcade game room, comics and memorabilia for sale, photo ops with Kit, the Batcopter, the stormtroopers, and SO MUCH MORE! I am counting down the days guys – I cannot wait to go – and share my experience with you! If you are going too – let me know!
Make sure you follow me on Instagram and Twitter because I will be posting tons of photos and updates while at the convention on Saturday, June 6th. I will be posting about it the following week as well – most likely after my return from LA.

I am so incredibly jealous!! I bet it will be a blast! Enjoy and take lots of pictures! Yay Comic Con!
FYI. I am so freaking jealous it isn’t even funny. We just recently moved (last year) from the Lake Erie area, to Kansas, where my family is. ComicCon is NEVER around here. Ever. If we hadn’t have moved, I would totally be going to this one. Gahhh!!!
This looks like so much fun! The guest list looks awesome. My husband would flip!!
