I love tea. I have always been a tea person. It brings back memories of my teenage years and hanging out with my Aunt’s house drinking tea – feeling so grown up. So for me, tea can be a comfort thing. It is also very good for you and there are many blends out there that state they do so much more. So when I was asked to try Skinny Lyfe Tea out, I thought, why not?

          

I received the Skinny Lyfe Tea 14 day Detox set and I am really enjoying it! I wanted to start right away so that I could let you guys know my thoughts before the holidays. This package comes with a 14 day supply of Morning tea and Evening Detox Tea. You also receive tea bags to make up yourself, which I thought was really cool. I have never purchased tea in this form before.

Now, I love tea but honestly, I usually dump a TON of sugar in it and sometimes some milk. Well, when I made up my first morning tea I decided to try it with nothing in it and WOW. It tasted really good. I was pleasantly surprised. Same goes for the evening tea! The morning tea is said to boost metabolism and suppress your appetite while the evening tea promotes weight loss and fat burning while boosting your immune system. Now I am not sure about any weight loss as I have only been using it a few days and I am pretty much at my ideal weight BUT I will say, it is a darn good tea!
