New Hazbin Hotel episodes are now streaming and they drop some major reveals for certain characters, but especially Vaggie.
Hazbin Hotel just dropped two new episodes and their perfect streak continues. Not only do both of these episodes have incredible songs that are performed brilliantly, there are some massive reveals that are dropped as well.
This show has proven time and time again that it is well made and well acted, but Hazbin Hotel season 1, episodes 5 and 6, take things to a whole new level.
Warning: There are spoilers ahead for Hazbin Hotel season 1, episodes 5 and 6.
In episode five, we get to meet Lucifer himself when he goes to visit Charlie at the hotel. Not only is he absolutely hilarious and sometimes scary. He is brilliantly voiced by Jeremy Jordan.
After a very eventful tour, Charlie convinces her father to get her a meeting with heaven where she can pitch the idea that souls can be redeemed and make their way from hell to heaven. of course, she wants to bring her business partner and lover, Vaggie, with her.
Vaggie is instantly taken aback and very hesitant to go, which bleeds into the beginning of episode 6. She tries making excuses but ends up caving in. This is the first hint that there are secrets in this relationship, however I never could have guessed where things were going.
Once in Heaven, we are treated to a great song welcoming us, but it is what comes next that will leave viewers with their jaws on the floor. It doesn’t take long to figure out that Heaven doesn’t exactly know about the extermination.
Of course, some are privy to it, however it seems to be quite the secret. But that’s not all. Adam corners Vaggie and tells her that he instantly recognized her — because she was one of his best exterminators.
It turns out that she went down to Hell to kill demons, and then held back when she saw a child. Adam did not like this, of course, and he took out her eye then killed her, leaving her to live in Hell. Charlie found her and took her in.
Not only does Adam talk to Vaggie about this, but at the end of the episode after Heaven decides souls cannot be redeemed, despite Angel Dust proving himself, he reveals it to Charlie. The coucil finds out about the extermination, making things very uncomfortable in Heaven.
We really cannot wait to see what happens next week. Will Charlie forgive Vaggie? Surely there will be some kind of argument between the two, or at least a discussion. On top of this, a war is waging between Heaven and Hell.
Hazbin Hotel is now streaming on Prime Video.
