Keto Stir Fry Grilled Sausage & Veggies over Cauliflower Rice

Ingredients
  

  • 6 sausage links
  • 1 tablespoons Worcester sauce
  • 1 bag of frozen cauliflower rice
  • 2 bell peppers chopped
  • 2 zucchinis chopped
  • salt
  • pepper

Method
 

  1. Cook the sausage - I always cook my sausage links in the Johnsonville Sausage Grill. It takes less than 10 minutes and they always come out perfectly.
  2. Grill vegetables of your choice on the stove top. We use peppers, onions, and zucchini.
  3. Add 2 tablespoons of Worcester sauce while cooking. 
  4. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Add sliced, cooked sausage links. 
  6. Cook together for a few minutes. 
  7. Remove from heat.
  8. Serve of cauliflower rice.
  9. Top with Soy Sauce if desired. Another option is chimichurri sauce or teriyaki sauce.
