Biscuits
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Whip egg whites until very stiff then gently mix in garlic.
- In separate bowl combine coconut flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Cut in cold diced butter until they are pea size or smaller.
- Gently fold dry mixture into the egg whites.
- Fold in the cheese.
- Dollop dough onto a greased baking sheet, making 8 biscuits.
- Bake for 11 to 15 minutes, until golden brown.
Gravy
- Brown sausage over medium heat.
- Gradually add cream cheese and broth, stirring constantly, until it simmers, thickens, and becomes smooth.
- Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer for 2 minutes to thicken - stirring constantly.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Pour gravy over halved biscuits.
