Philly Cheese Steak on 90 Second Keto Bread

This keto philly cheese steak is a recipe that we came up with on our own – and is one of our favorites! It is delicious, and also super easy to make. You can customize this recipe easily according to your individual tastes.

Ingredients
  

Philly Steak
  • 1.5 lbs ground beef
  • 1 Bell Pepper chopped
  • 1/4 Onion chopped
  • 6 Slices of deli purchased cheese we use Sharp White Cheddar
  • 1/2 cup beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon Worcester Sauce
  • Salt
  • Pepper
90 Second Bread
  • 1 tablespoon coconut flour
  • 1 1/4 tablespoon butter melted
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon sour cream
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon cheddar cheese grated

Method
 

Philly Steak
  1. Brown beef in pan.
  2. Add chopped peppers and onions.
  3. Stir for 2 to 3 minutes and add beef broth and Worcester Sauce.
  4. Stir until well mixed and broth is gone.
  5. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Lay cheese slices on top and melt.
90 Second Keto Bread
  1. Melt butter in a microwave safe bowl.
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients and whisk together until combined.
  3. Cook in the microwave for 90 seconds.
  4. Remove from the microwave and allow to cool for a minute or two.
  5. Cut bread in half like a bun (each side will be thin).
