What Was Revealed in the Official Frozen 2 Trailer

Frozen 2 trailer

It is FINALLY here! A full Frozen 2 trailer! Sort of… while this was called a trailer, we still didn’t get much. The Geekly Show girls and I discussed the Frozen 2 trailer on the show today and we still have lots of questions. What exactly is going on here. What kind of quest is Elsa on? And will her powers be enough?

My Reaction

We barely learned anything more about this movie, but I don’t even care. I am SO EXCITED. What is Elsa trying to fight? Others with her type of powers – but for different elements? That is my guess.

In Walt Disney Animation Studios’ “Frozen 2, Elsa, Anna, Kristoff, Olaf and Sven journey far beyond the gates of Arendelle in search of answers. Featuring the voices of Idina Menzel, Kristen Bell, Jonathan Groff and Josh Gad, “Frozen 2” opens in U.S. theaters November 22. ©2019 Disney. All Rights Reserved.

She has ice, someone else has land/rock (those rock Marshmallow type creatures?), and someone else has fire… Or perhaps it is all of the seasons – Spring, Summer, Winter, and Fall?! I cannot wait to see where they go with this!

In Walt Disney Animation Studios’ “Frozen 2, Elsa encounters a Nokk—a mythical water spirit that takes the form of a horse—who uses the power of the ocean to guard the secrets of the forest. Featuring the voice of Idina Menzel as Elsa, “Frozen 2” opens in U.S. theaters November 22. ©2019 Disney. All Rights Reserved.

What is up with that horse in the water? According to Disney, the description of it is a water spirit. So why is this spirit coming to her? Will it tell her that her parents are alive? SO MANY MORE QUESTIONS after this trailer! And I cannot wait for the answers!

Frozen 2 comes to theaters November 22, 2019!

About Frozen II

Why was Elsa born with magical powers? The answer is calling her and threatening her kingdom. Together with Anna, Kristoff, Olaf and Sven, she’ll set out on a dangerous but remarkable journey. In “Frozen,” Elsa feared her powers were too much for the world.

In “Frozen 2,” she must hope they are enough. From the Academy Award®-winning team—directors Jennifer Lee and Chris Buck, producer Peter Del Vecho and songwriters Kristen Anderson-Lopez and Robert Lopez—and featuring the voices of Idina Menzel, Kristen Bell, Jonathan Groff and Josh Gad, “Frozen 2” opens in U.S. theaters on Nov. 22, 2019.
