Keto Approved Breakfast Lasagna
In less than an hour you will have a delicious dinner that is sure to leave you with some leftovers too!
cooked ham slices from the deli
grated Parmesan cheese
hot ground sausage
Grease a 9x12 baking pan and preheat oven to 325.
Soft scramble the eggs using NO milk.
Gravy: Brown ground sausage. Then slowly add beef broth and cream cheese. Stir and simmer until you have a slightly thickened consistency. Salt and pepper to taste.
Start with a thin layer of gravy. Top with eggs. Then ham. Then mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses. Repeat three times. Drizzle top with any unused gravy.
Bake uncovered for 25 to 35 minutes.
Recipe can easily be edited by adding or removing other ingredients, such as bacon.
