  • 18 eggs
  • 1 lb. cooked ham slices from the deli
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 lb hot ground sausage
  • 16 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cups beef broth
  • Salt
  • Pepper


  • Grease a 9x12 baking pan and preheat oven to 325.
  • Soft scramble the eggs using NO milk.
  • Gravy: Brown ground sausage. Then slowly add beef broth and cream cheese. Stir and simmer until you have a slightly thickened consistency. Salt and pepper to taste.
  • Start with a thin layer of gravy. Top with eggs. Then ham. Then mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses. Repeat three times. Drizzle top with any unused gravy.
  • Bake uncovered for 25 to 35 minutes.



Recipe can easily be edited by adding or removing other ingredients, such as bacon.
