Chicken Cornflake Casserole Recipe

  • 3 lbs of boneless skinless chicken breast
  • 1 can of Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 2 cups of Cornflakes
  • 1 Green Pepper
  • 1/2 stick of Butter
  • Oil or Coconut Oil for cooking chicken


  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Chop chicken breast in to small squares and cook on stove-top (I cook them in a little bit of coconut oil but feel free to cook them however you normally would).
  • Chop up the green pepper.
  • Combine chicken, raw peppers, and cream of chicken soup in a large bowl. Stir Well.
  • Spread mixture in an 8x8x2 oven safe pan (or similar size).
  • Melt butter and soak cornflakes in it.
  • Spread cornflakes over the top.
  • Bake for 30-35 minutes or until cornflakes are crispy.
