Keto Cream Cheese and Feta Stuffed Chicken Breasts

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 4 ounces feta cheese
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 cup bacon bits
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  • Cut chicken breasts so they are almost almost split through, but leave them like a pocket.
  • Combine cream cheese, feta cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning,  and bacon bits. (I use my hands because it is easier than utensils).
  • Place chicken breasts in baking dish and fill with cheese and spinach mix.
  • Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Add any seasonings to taste.
  • Bake for 30 minutes uncovered.
