I have two young daughters so I am always looking for new toys for them. We love to get down on the floor and play, so anything that is hands on is a favorite of ours. My daughters love to play restaurant. They are always running up to my husband and I asking what our order is or what we would like to eat for our meal. They then collect toys and put them in a bowl or on a plate and deliver them to us. But now, with the Little Tikes Prep ‘n Serve Gourmet Kitchen, play time just got even more real! We love Littlest Pet Shop in our house – I know I have talked about the show several times before. It is great for young kids – and I even find it entertaining too! The pets are all cute and have their own little quirks that make them fun to watch. If you have not seen it already, I highly suggest that you do. My girls have a ton of the little pet figures from the show that they carry around with them everywhere. They get check ups regularly and are pretty much part of the family. They have even been known to eat at the kitchen table with us from time to time – and of course they have to sit with us while we watch the show on TV.

Let’s face it. As much as we do not want to admit it, poop is funny. And it is really popular when it comes to kids toys right now. There are many products that poop, pee, toot, and who knows what else – and kiddos LOVE them. I know that I cannot walk down the toy isle without my girls reaching for some kind of pooping doll or animal. If you aren’t pooped out from Christmas shopping just yet, take a look at these pooping toys that you might want to put under your tree this year.

My youngest has a “thing” with her hair. She has to have it up in a pony tail on top of her head or she gets very upset. I think it is a sort of comfort thing as she pulls on it when she is tired. She was so excited to be able to put her Barbie’s hair in a ponytail as well! It really made her day! My oldest enjoyed curling up the Barbie’s hair with the several different curling tools it comes with. The Barbie Endless Curls also comes with two hair clips and a hair brush.

My daughters are both really into dinosaurs right now. They also love cars and racing so I figured this would be the perfect toy for them – and it is! As soon as they saw the box, they were begging to play with their new VTech Switch & Go Dino! This toy is a vehicle and a dinosaur fused in to one! It is basically a remote control RC “car” (for lack of a better word) that transforms in to a dinosaur with the push of a button!
