Reunion Movie Review: A Hilarious Who Dunnit

Reunion is a hilarious who dunnit that perfectly combines comedy and a murder mystery, as well as boasts an incredible cast. A must see.

Reunion review

If you love a good murder mystery, then Reunion is the movie for you. This is the perfect movie to watch with a group of friends, or your significant other. Grab a few drinks, some food, and try to put the pieces of the puzzle together before the murderer is revealed in the movie.

Thanks to an incredibly talented and hilarious cast, this movie isn’t just a mystery, it is a laugh-out-loud comedy as well. In speaking with the cast, it was revealed that there was a lot of improv on set, which should come as no surprise at all. It is apparent when watching the movie just how much fun they are having, which makes it that much easier to not only relate to some of the characters, but to pick your favorites and those you hope are innocent.

Reunion has a simliar vibe to the Apple TV+ series After Party. The premise is that there is a murder at a High School reunion and everyone is a suspect because they all have a motive. The way the mystery slowly unfolds will have audiences guessing all the way through. Since the possibilities are endless, chances are most viewers will be incorrect in who they think the killer is, which makes it even more exciting when the big reveal comes.

There is no doubt about it, this movie is fun. It is filled with quirky and unique characters, played by some of today’s most talented actors and comedians. Get ready to laugh until your face hurts, which might feel a bit strange considering someone was murdered — and there is a killer on the loose.

Overall, Reunion is just a good time to be had with friends and family. Unfortunately it is not coming to theaters, because the theater experience through all the humor and shocking twists would be fantastic.

Packed with a stellar cast, laugh-out-loud comedy, and a murder mystery that most people will not figure out, Reunion is an edge of your seat, thrilling, journey, and an absolute must watch.
