It should come as no surprise to you to hear that I am big into mobile gaming. I have been gaming since I was a little girl and still do every chance I get. In fact, I am raising my daughters to be little gamers themselves. They are 4 and 5 right now and ask to play games every night. We recently got a Samsung Galaxy Tab A preloaded with a mobile game that wasn’t even out yet (until today!) – Snoopy Pop!
To say they were excited to try it out is an understatement. My youngest daughter literally jumped for joy as she loves Snoopy – I mean LOVES – and the rest of the Peanuts characters. Since I enjoy spending my down time gaming on my phone or tablet as well, I was also excited to check this game out. Not to mention that balloon pop games like this are one of my favorite types of games.
About Snoopy Pop
The beloved Peanuts characters come to life in an all-new bubble shooter game from the makers of Panda Pop! Help Snoopy and the rest of the Peanuts gang rescue Woodstock and his flock of birds who have been trapped in bubbles. The levels are filled with fun, varied, dynamic, and challenging puzzles. Don’t worry about running out of content as fresh new levels, characters, worlds, & events will be added weekly. There will even be events based on classic story lines & holiday specials. Game modes featuring Snoopy’s personas, like Flying Ace & Masked Marvel are available. Language Support: English, French, German, Japanese, Korean, Italian, Spanish.
I enjoy playing Snoopy Pop even more than expected to, and that is saying a lot. The first time I opened it up with my 5 year old, an hour flew by before we knew it! One of the things that I found really fun about Snoopy Pop is that you can collect different characters, game pieces, and boosters. I call myself a completionist in gaming in that I strive to collect everything and 100 percent complete a game. Because of this, Snoopy Pop always has me coming back to see what else I can complete.
Since we are a Peanuts family, one of the funnest things for us is unlocking and discovering new characters. Each of these characters have unique character based power-ups. For example, Charlie Brown has his kite that will pop a group of bubbles in a diamond shape. That is probably my 4 year old’s favorite one to use. The entire game truly captures the spirit of Peanuts – it is fun for the whole family, filled with everyone’s favorite characters, and even has officially licensed Peanuts music!
