Geek Fuel July 2015

I love Geek Fuel. It is probably my favorite subscription box – ever. I am a huge geek, gamer, nerd at heart and so this box always impresses me. There has never been anything that I haven’t liked in a Geek Fuel subscription box. This month they totally outdid themselves. Every thing I pulled out I loved more than the last item. I am a huge Marvel fan and this box delivered on my obsession!

I immediately noticed the Geek Fuel Magazine had Steve Rogers on the front and I got super excited. It is because of Captain America: Civil War coming out and that is something I am counting the days for. I am a comic book reader so for me, this has been a long time coming. Right now the comics are doing Secret Wars Civil War and Issue #1 Geek Fuel Exclusive Variant Cover was included in this box as well! This is one excited geek! I couldn’t wait to read it. As soon as I turned off my video from the unboxing I cracked it open – SO GOOD. If you don’t read the comics, now is a great time to start. I am heading to D23 next month and I cannot wait to find out more about the next Captain America movie. I just know it is going to be amazing.

One of my favorite things inside this month’s box was the “giant pint for an ant-sized man” glass – a shot glass! It has Ant-Man on the front and is helping to celebrate the release of the latest Marvel movie. It just came out this past weekend and I feel like a horrible Marvel fanatic to say that I have not seen it yet. There was an issue with a babysitter last week and it just did not work out. But hopefully I make it soon (and I will post a review for you guys).

My favorite thing about this subscription box is that it always includes an exclusive T-Shirt! This month’s is fantastic and while I am a Marvel girl at heart – there are some DC Comics characters that I just cannot help but love – like Harley Quinn! This “le Tour de Geek” shirt features some awesome geeky characters like Harley, Batman, and even Link from Zelda racing bicycles. Five lucky winners received a yellow shirt vs. the black shirt. Geek Fuel usually does fun contests like this with a select amount of subscribers receiving an “even more exclusive” item. One month it was movie tickets to see Avengers: Age of Ultron!

Geek Fuel also always has a downloadable game. This usually comes with something fun like candy or temporary tattoos. This month the game is Burnstar (which is so much fun) and some yummy star candies. Also included in the July 2015 Geek Fuel box was a shiny! button and an Aliens vs. Vampirella poster. It is to help celebrate the upcoming comic book crossover that I cannot wait for.
