Almost banned from viewing in the United States, “The Interview” is the controversial movie directed by Seth Rogen and Evan Goldberg. The movie features James Franco and Seth Rogen as a host and producer, respectively, behind a popular tabloid-TV show called Skylark Tonight. After learning that North Korea’s Kim Jong Un is a huge fan of the show, they successfully secure a coveted interview with him. As the two characters prepare for their journey to Pyongyang, the CIA steps in and recruits them for an incredible mission: assassinate the dictator.
“’The Interview’ has quickly become one of the most controversial movies in cinematic history, thanks to the incredible circumstances surrounding its release,” said Julie Gerola, VP of Rewards & Loyalty at Viggle Inc. “We created this special offer for the month of January to kick off the year 2015 in a memorable way—for brand new Viggle members and our existing customers alike. This is just one of the many ways that we reward our members for being entertained.”
Beyond this great gift, joining Viggle offers countless benefits. To date, Viggle members have redeemed more than $20 million in rewards for watching their favorite TV programs and listening to music. Members can use Viggle’s store, accessible through the Viggle app or on Viggle.com, to redeem their Viggle Points for TV shows, movies, and music.
I have Viggle and use it now and then. I really should stick to it more! I just forget. I am going to make a real effort to use it more. I watched The Interview on Christmas Eve and my husband and I both loved it. It is hilarious and Seth Rogan and James Franco are great, as always. We love that type of humor though. I highly recommend watching it!
