Thermal-Aid Headache Relief System Review & Giveaway

Unfortunately, I get headaches a lot. Usually after a long, stressful day with the girls or after a good cry. My headaches can last hours. I am not a huge fan of taking medication just for a headache. Something about putting stuff in to my body – and when I do breakdown and do it, it rarely helps. That is why I was so excited to try out the Thermal-Aid Headache Relief System.

Now, what first caught my eye was 100% natural! I LOVE that! Like I said, I hate taking pills because there is something about putting stuff into our bodies unless we ABSOLUTELY have to that bothers me. Inside the Thermal-Aid eye pack is natural cotton with a cooling element composed of specially treated and processed corn product. Sounds pretty natural to me! IT also comes with headache relief cream full of all natural ingredients.

The Thermal-Aid Headache Relief pack is super easy to use! Just store it in the freezer (it should be in there for 6 or more hours before use). Apply some of the cream on your forehead and temples and place the pack over your eyes! It has an adjustable strap to apply subtle pressure. It can be used for 15+ minutes. The longest I used mine was for an hour and it really helped. I needed to use it after going to see Interstellar because I bawled that whole movie! Purchase Yours Here.
