Mandala Massage Balls Review
Well, they did! Last week we went to the zoo one day and the mall another day. It was a lot of walking and my feet were really hurting. I decided to try them out and Oh My Gosh – they are amazing! I rolled them back and forth with my feet and I could pretty much immediately feel the relief. I have made a habit of keeping them at my computer desk and rolling them while I am typing (yes, I am using them right now!).
I have also used these on my back by laying down on them. That feels good after an intense workout. I workout 5-6 days a week (currently with #P90X3) and about half of those are really intense and hard on my body (but worth it!).
Being a mother of two young girls (and I shed like crazy!) my floors are never spotless. So after using these they did get a little dirty. These balls are super easy to clean though – just use soap and water! A few minutes later they were good to go again!
Overall, I am a huge fan of these and highly recommend them for anyone with feet issues, back issues, or that loves a good massage (that should just about cover everyone!)
