Let’s face it, moms are busy. Especially when back to school time hits. My 5 year old will be starting Kindergarten in just a couple of weeks and I know that my nights and mornings are going to be filled with making sure homework is done, packing up her backpack, finding the perfect show and tell items, and packing lunches. On top of all of this, I still need to find time to spend with my 3 year old, my husband, the dog, and still get work done around the house (not to mention keeping up with my website)! Thank God for Nature’s Harvest® Bread and Entenmann’s® Little Bites™ Snacks because I know that no matter what, her lunch will be fun, healthy, and easy to make with them.
As most of you know, I have two young children – ages 3 and 5. This year, my oldest will be off to school full time, while my youngest will be starting half days at a local center to get her ready for Preschool. I have been stressing already about this decision. It is going to be strange without any kids in the house for a few hours in the morning – and one that will not be home until after 3pm! On top of my emotional breakdown, I am also dealing with the stress of things that I have to get done to ready for back to school time. The list of things to do to prepare can be totally overwhelming – but I still want to find time for fun with my family.
It is time for the Rio 2016 Olympic Games, and my family enjoys tuning in every time they are on. I think it is important for my husband and I to show our young daughters that they can be athletes like that if they train hard. My oldest daughter dabbles in a lot of sports, but her favorite is soccer. She loves to play with her friends, cousins, schoolmates – you name it. She has gotten great at kicking the ball down the field and in to a net. We just know she will be our little soccer star!

Every country in the world has a distinctive culture and tradition and in many of them sport is a significant element of their culture. Thailand is not different. This country located in the southeastern part of the largest continent in the world – Asia, is the place where about 600 years ago, a martial art that we now know as Muay Thai has emerged. It took decades for Thai soldiers to master this specific set of physical activities and combat skills. In these 6 centuries Muay Thai has evolved into something even more important than a simple military combat skill. It is now used by people in many countries to improve their health.
I have always prided myself on dental hygiene. I know that it is one of the most important things you can do for yourself – keep your mouth healthy. There are many issues that can arise from bad mouth care and so when I hear about the Sonicare PowerUp toothbrush, I knew it was something I needed to try out.
I think that vitamins are very important for the health of children. My daughters eat their vitamins every day – and thanks to Rainbow Light – they love them! I was so excited to receive these from Moms Meet because it was something we needed. There is no complaining when it comes time to take them, in fact, they ask multiple times a day if they can have more! Now, of course they can’t, but it makes me happy to know they look forward to taking their vitamins daily. These vitamin packets are great because the girls feel like they are eating fruit snacks – and who am I to correct them.
Schizophrenia is a disease that starts during teenage years. Sometimes, it may appear during young adulthood. Even though it represents a chronic issue, people suffering from it are still able to lead an active and fulfilled life due to development of medicine. For example, if you buy Risperdal online, you will be able to efficiently eliminate most of the symptoms.
Here in Upstate New York it is already getting pretty chilly – we have even had our first snow of the year (although it hasn’t stuck around) but this does not mean that we are hiding indoors. My family loves to play outside year round! We go to the pumpkin patch to pick our pumpkins, we go to the tree farm to pick out our Christmas tree, and we spend a lot of time on the swings and in the yard. There is no reason to stay inside when it gets cold out when there is so much fun to be had.
Being a mom is a scary time. Trust me, I know. When I told my mother I was pregnant for the first time – she immediately told me that I would be worrying for the rest of my life. She said that I would never have a worry-free moment again – and she was right. It started by worrying about my daughter when she was in the womb – and now outside of the womb. Both of my girls are getting older (they are 4 and *almost* 3 now) and getting more and more independent every single day. I worry constantly while they are both at school and away from me – but I also jump at every sniffle, cough, or sneeze. That is why I am so glad that I have found Amwell.
