February Resilience Box Review

Disclosure: Mama Smith’s Review Blog received this item in exchange for her honest review. All opinions expressed are 100% hers.

Resilience Box

I love subscription boxes. I also love staying healthy and fit. So putting these two together and forming the Resilience Box is pretty amazing for me! That is what you get with the Resilience Box. February’s box was designed with Heart Disease Awareness in mind since February is Heart Month. The theme is “Real Women Love Red” – and I loved every single thing in it!

Resilience Box                         Resilience Box

This first thing that I noticed when I opened up the box was an adorable red V-neck Resilience T-shirt. I love the running woman on the front – and I love that wearing red helps bring awareness to heart month. The shirt fit great and was really good quality. It has already made it through several washes and is still bright red. This box also had a red reusable tote bag, which is perfect for shopping and also a great way to spread awareness! I always try to use reusable totes when shopping – all those paper and plastic bags are such a waste – and so this went right in to the back of my car. I read through the included short booklet, which highlights important information every woman should know about heart disease. I learned a lot and was really happy that I had the chance to read it. I received two in my box, and I passed the other one along to my mother-in-law.

Resilience Box

The box was filled with several other goodies. I particularly loved the handmade Mississippi Mud five-ounce soap bars (RED in color). These are made with natural ingredients and smell amazing. My husband asked what smelled so good after my first shower using these. I am a huge fan of handmade soap, so these had me over the moon! There was also some Vanilla and Rooibos tea that I could not wait to try. I love tea, especially in cold winters like this. I was a huge fan of the flavor of this tea.

There was also a “Bonbon bag” (French for cookie) filled with healthy snack bars including Skout and Mom’s in the Raw. All of the bars I received are organic, gluten-free, cruelty-free, non-GMO! Woohoo! This made me one happy mama! And I must say, the “Bonbon bag” is really cool. I carry it in my purse, and plan to leave it in the glove box once Spring hits. This is perfect for any woman on the go!

Resilience Box

Overall, I must say that I LOVED my Resilience Box. It was full of great, healthy, products. I also get to spread Heart Disease Awareness and learned a lot about it. You can subscribe to the Resilience Box here.
