Creating a pure home is really important when it comes to teaching your little ones how to be healthy. Instilling core values like that are a great way to get them in to a routine of living pure. Here are a few easy ways to create your pure home. Share yours with me in the comments and you can win some of the new Softsoap Pure Foaming Hand Soap to try for yourself!
Wash Your Hands Before Dinner
Have your little ones wash their hands before every meal. You know as well as I do that little ones can get into just about anything and their hands are rarely clean. Help them learn how important being clean is by having them wash up before dinner with you. Make it part of the whole family’s routine and they will not ever question it.
Stock Up On Healthy Snacks
Kids like to eat. I know that my girls eat constantly. Help your kids get a taste for healthy snacks by only having healthy ones available to them. Of course having a treat now and then is not a bad thing, but if they get a taste for healthy foods, they will tend to choose them when given the option. If you get them in a routine like this, chances are they will create a similar one for their kids.
Use Pure Soaps
Using “free-from” personal care products like Softsoap Pure Foaming Hand Soap is another great way to create a pure and healthy home. With an alcohol and dye free formula, you can feel confident in the product your family is washing their hands with. I am a huge fan of this new foaming hand soap. There are two variants – lemongrass and fresh. I enjoy them both.
