I have always been a huge fan of Educational Insights. Their products are great learning tools that the whole family can enjoy. We have weekly game nights and my girls always seem to pick out an EI game to play. When it comes to Educational Insights, I know that I will be getting a durable item that will educate, impress, and last many years. Below are just a few of my favorites – and be sure to scroll all the way down for your chance to win a couple!

design and drill

Design & Drill BrightWorks
Kicking it up a notch, the award-winning and best-selling Design & Drill extends our line with a BrightWorks. See your personal designs light up in the ark. This play set allows your little designer to use the power drill to create cool designs with color and light. The set includes a lighted black activity board, 80 bolts in translucent colors and black, and a power drill. Ages 3+.

My young daughters LOVE playing with this set! We have a few Design & Drill sets already but this one is really unique. We love the fact that these blocks light up. It makes for a lot of fun! This set is really well made and the pieces themselves are very durable. My family is big into STEM learning and this is a great tool. It really helps my girls with hand eye coordination as well. Purchase here.

rainbow jam

RainbowJam
Transform the colorful world around you into music. Two modes of color/music play. The first mode plays a note when you touch one of the recognized colors. The second mode sings a song about one of the recognized colors when you touch that color. RainbowJam recognizes 9 colors. Comes with a 12-page activity book. You can also touch RainbowJam to objects in your real world and hear the colors around you! Ages 3+.

My daughters LOVE this! We have already had hours and hours of fun with it and have owned it less than a week. It really helps my youngest with color recognition and my oldest just likes to sing along and jam out to the color songs. It is so much fun to run around the house and click the wand on different colors. This would be a great holiday gift for any youngster! Purchase here.

koala capers

Koala Capers
The Koala family wants to travel the world, but first they’ve got to get dressed! Help them find a few outfits in this fun, matching game, but watch out for the underwear dice roll. It just might put a wrinkle in your plans! Collect five outfits first, and you win! Includes bonus memory game.

This game is so much fun to play with my little girls (ages 3 and 4). They crack up whenever we roll the underwear on the dice. They think it is the funniest thing in the world. We love Educational Insights games because they always end up teaching our kids while we are having fun playing a game. This game in particular is great for pattern recognition. Kids have to choose an outfit for their Koala that matches the pattern they rolled. Highly recommended – and would make a great gift! Purchase here.

frankies

Frankie’s Food Truck Fiasco Game
A shape-tastic recipe for fun! Business at Frankie’s famous food truck is brisk! Customers just can’t satisfy their craving for this cool cat’s unique, shape-inspired menu. Kids take turns using the fun Frankie Squeezer to fill orders while they practice identifying geometric shapes, a beginning math skill, and develop fine motor skills. It’s a simple recipe for fun, but watch out for greedy guests, slippery banana peels, and other hazards. The first to deliver a 5-course meal is the winner! For 2 to 4 players. Ages 4+.

My young girls (ages 3 and 4) love this game. We have a blast spinning the spinner and trying to fill our plates first. The game in itself is very well made and the pieces are quite durable. We have many Education Insights games already as they last a long time, are fun, simple enough for the girls to play alone, and well made. My youngest has a bit of a hard time using the squeezer but she is starting to get the hang of it. If she is playing without adults she will just use her hands – and that is fine. It is really helping her grip strength when she tries to use it though. This is great for shape recognition. Overall, a ton of fun for the whole family! Purchase here.
